These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Adam Khan doing business as Blue Sapphire Detailing ("we," "us," "our," or "Blue Sapphire Detailing"), located at 86 Leber Ave, Carteret, NJ 07008. By booking, scheduling, or receiving any service from Blue Sapphire Detailing, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Blue Sapphire Detailing provides automotive detailing services including, but not limited to, interior and exterior detailing, paint decontamination, clay bar treatment, ceramic coating, paint protection, engine bay cleaning, headlight restoration, and maintenance details. The specific scope of work performed will be confirmed at the time of booking or service.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We respectfully ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
Quoted prices are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition of the vehicle, additional services requested, or unforeseen circumstances discovered during service. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Vehicle Condition & Personal Items
You are responsible for removing all personal belongings, valuables, and loose items from your vehicle prior to service. Blue Sapphire Detailing is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal property left in the vehicle.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we take every reasonable precaution and use professional-grade products and techniques, Blue Sapphire Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, manufacturing defects, prior aftermarket modifications, or damage that occurs as a result of underlying vehicle conditions outside of our control. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
6. Warranties
Unless explicitly stated in writing (for example, for ceramic coating or paint protection products with manufacturer-backed warranties), services are provided "as-is" without any express or implied warranties.
7. Photography & Marketing
We may photograph vehicles before, during, and after service for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes. License plates and identifying information will be obscured. If you prefer that your vehicle not be photographed, please let us know in advance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Middlesex County, New Jersey.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
